All sessions are conducted via video call. Payment plans are available — contact us to discuss options. Sessions are scheduled at mutually convenient times and conducted remotely, serving clients across the US.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. This is behavioral coaching only. The program focuses on habits, schedules, and sleep environment. No diagnoses are made, and no medical advice is given. If you have or suspect a sleep disorder, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
What if I am already seeing a doctor for sleep?
Behavioral coaching can complement medical care in many cases, but we recommend letting your doctor know you are working with a sleep coach. We do not coordinate with or advise on medical treatment plans.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. The program does not require any devices, apps, or supplements. Everything needed comes from the coaching itself and the behavioral changes you implement at home.
How long are the weekly sessions?
Sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes. The first session (baseline assessment) may run slightly longer as we establish the full picture of your current patterns.
Is there a free consultation?
Yes. An initial intake conversation is available at no cost. This is an opportunity to discuss your situation and determine whether the program is a reasonable fit before committing.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. We work to accommodate reasonable scheduling changes throughout the program period.
